In fair preowned condition.  No chips or cracks to glass insert.  Heavy surface scratches to both glass and metal base.  Surface rust under glass and to underside of base.  Handle also has surface rust.  Painted wooden base section has light chips and areas of paint wear.  Stands approximately 24.5" tall, and 10" in diameter.
