This set comes with the original manual, guest passes (unsure if the codes work), disc and slip (not sure if the authentication code works), and notepad (unused).

The disc has been tested and is in good, working condition with minimal scratching.

All inserts are in perfect condition.

The front of the box with the art is in great condition, but the back of the box is slightly damaged (pictured).
