Here is a pair of tools.  An Xcelite S55S Pliers Semi Flush Cutter + Telephone Style Long Nose Center Cutting.

Great, lightly used, vintage condition. Normal signs of light use.  Fairly clean. Some minor scuffs and marks.  Jaws look great with no chips.  They spring open fine. Made in USA and ready to work with no issues. No markings on the needle nose, but look to be the same type and quality as the Xcelite.
