Vintage accessory hot water heater.  I can't find any markings on it so I am not sure who the manufacturer is.  There is some pitting in the chrome and a couple small dents in the doors.  I tested the fan on 6v and it dies work but is a little noisy.  I filled the core with water and let it sit overnight.  It did not leak but it has not been tested under pressure.  The inlet and outlet pipe on the core are pretty rusty and rotted on the ends.  The dimensions are shown in the pictures.
