Vintage hand painted hard rubber HEIMO Disneykin / Disneyking 'TOBY' Tortoise Toy from the animated cartoon classic the Tortoise and the Hare. Toby measures 2" tall and is in nice condition with his original paint and unbroken tail. Toby was made in Germany by HEIMO Toys for Walt Disney Productions in 1961 and he is one of the harder Disney Toys to find.
