Hammer & Sickle inside the Five Pointed Star on a Red Field, it measures approximately 175cm x 115cm, or 5ft10in x 3ft10in and weighs approx 550g.  

Double thickness corners, there are a number of issue stamps, including date stamp for 1982, stencilled on the canvas hoist hem.  Looped rope so ready to fly or display.
