Payment Policies

Payment for your item is required within four (4) days or item(s) will be re-listed.
We prefer PayPal when making purchases through our store.
Florida (FL) Residents will have a 7.00% Sales Tax added to the final price.

Shipping Policies

Your items will always be secured and safe in our packaging when shipped out.

We ship either USPS Priority, First Class, Parcel Post, Media Mail, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or Overnight Delivery depending on the item purchased and Shipping Option selected. If you prefer particular shipping please let us know.

SHIPPING INCLUDES INSURANCE AND IN SOME CASES SIGNATURE.
ITEMS THAT END AT $250 OR OVER WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE

Items are shipped from our facility everyday. Your item will be shipped no later than 48 hours after payment has been cleared. Though, if you are paying by e-check this can take up to 10 days.

Items will be shipped to the Verified Address on the PayPal Account ONLY!

We DO NOT ship items internationally. Unless otherwise stated.

Combined Shipping - On items with shipping costs, combining the shipping may discount the shipping total shipping price! Combined shipping may also change the shipping type as well! If you would like to combine the shipping on multiple items, please contact us before ordering.

Custom Orders - If you have any special requests to your orders, such as ring sizing, there will be a delay before your item is shipped out to you. In some cases, such as ring sizing, your order may be subject to additional fees. Please allow up to 3 - 7 days for special orders to be completed before they are sent out to shipping.

Local Pickups - If you are local to Bradenton, FL and would like to pick up the item you are more than welcome to do so! There will be no shipping or handling charges added to your order for Local Pickups.

Return Policies

Hassle free returns with 100% satisfaction is what we aim for at MoneyMan Pawn & Jewelry.

If you would like to request a refund and return your item, you must do so within thirty (30) days.

Buyers will pay for the return postage OR we will be responsible if the item is not as described.

Returns will be free if items are returned back within the first 14 days.

After 14 days, all items will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

All items must be returned with their original condition in tact and unaltered in any way. Items must also be returned with thier original contents. If the item is not returned in it's original condition or is missing other items, there will be additional fees depending on the condition in which it is returned.

Once merchandise has been received please allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be issued. You will be refunded via the same way that payment was initially made.

Are Your Diamonds Real?
Yes. All the diamonds in our listings are Genuine Diamonds, unless stated otherwise. We have an Experienced Jeweler and GIA Graduate Gemologist on staff. Our GIA Graduate Gemologist expertly inspects all of our pieces prior to listing them online. This includes all other stones that may be present on our items, as well.

Are Your Pieces Made Of Real Solid Gold/Plaitum/Silver?
Yes. All the items we have listed, unless stated otherwise, are made of Solid Gold/Platinum/Silver.

Do You Have A Preview Option For Your Items?
Yes, we sure do! We want to be sure that each and every customer knows and can see what they're purchasing. We include an "HD Preview" button on our listings as most products have a video preview.

Can I Purchase This Item At A Cheaper Price?
Yes, we're flexible on our prices. If you have an offer you'd like to submit, please use the "Make Offer" button located next to the "Buy It Now" button.

Do You Offer Sales Or Discounts?
Occasionally, yes. We have Holiday and Special Event Sales throughout the year. If you'd like to be notified of them, watch the item your interested in, and a notification will be sent to you when a sale has been placed on the item you're interested in.

Is there A Layaway Plan Available?
Unfortunatley, we do not have layaway plans or options available at this time.

Will You Be Able To Do Any Custom Work On My Item?
Yes. Our Experienced Jeweler can handle tasks such as Ring Re-Sizing, Rhodium Plating, and completely Custom Designs as well. Please contact us if you have any ideas in mind for custom work.

Is The Shipping Free For My Purchase?
Our Standard Shipping is free. However you may upgrade your shipping with our other options; Priority Mail for $6.99, and One Day Shipping for $64.99.

Can I Purchase Or Pickup This Item Locally?
Yes, you may! Please contact us if you'd like to purchase the item via eBay or at our Physical Store and we'll arrange the payment for you before or after you stop by to pickup your item(s). More Information For Local Pickups is Covered In Our Shipping Policies.

Can This Item Be Shipped To A Different Address?
Unfortunatley, we only ship to the verified address used with PayPal.

Can You Resize My Ring If I Need It To Be A Different Size?
Yes we can. There is a fee included, which depends on the piece and what size you need it to be. Our Experienced Jeweler can surely handle this. Please contact us first.

How Can I Find Out My Ring Size?

Do I Have The Option To Return My Item If I Wanted To?
Yes, you may. We have a 30 Day Return policy for all our items. Which is covered more in our Return Policies.

Will I Need To Pay Any Taxes Or VAT On My Items?
Due to our company being located in Florida, all FL residents are required to pay taxes on all items purchased from us. Any residents who reside outside of FL, are exempt from taxes.

When Can I Expect My Item To Be Delivered?
Depending on your location, what day you ordered, and which Shipping Option you selected, your item can arrive anywhere from 2 - 5 Business Days or more. This excludes Sundays.
