A BEST of the BEST antique touching stars Pennsylvania quilt!
c 1890-1910
In red and green!
The quilt was found in Rehrersburg which is in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The community was founded on April 4, 1803, by John Jacob Rehrer.
Measures 78 x 76 inches
Hand quilted at 8 stitches per inch.
The binding is hand sewn.
In excellent condition, crisp, never used or washed. That desired thin batting that collector's eagerly search for. No wear. All cotton.
