Estate find...lifelong Ohio State fan and had many autographed items.
This 8x10 is from Bob Parker 1981 and signed by Vic Janowicz.
No COA but looking at other examples appears authentic.
Comes with frame, we have not removed it so no idea of thickness of print
Did notice a few light stains on the print itself
