Shipping Policy

• We ship throughout the United States (PO BOXES ARE EXCLUDED)
• Combined shipping is available when multiple items are purchased and paid for together in a single transaction. Shipping fee for each additional item will be only $0.25 in combined shipping
• We’re unable to offer combined shipping discounts if items are paid for separately.
• For large or bulk purchases, please request a total from the seller before completing payment — we’ll pack your items and provide the most accurate shipping cost.
• All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
• When the order is ready for dispatch, tracking number will be provided in Order Details
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). U.S. national holidays are excluded

Tax Policy

• eBay automatically collects and remits sales tax on behalf of sellers, including Heads & Tails Coll.
• We do not control or adjust sales tax amounts.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• To receive a full refund, the coin must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
• Coins that are damaged, altered, or missing their original flips or holders will not be eligible for a refund.
• Returns should be sent to the same address listed on the original shipping label.
• Postage and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
