used to have 600 plus sales a 100% feedback but I had a disgruntle eBay that messaged me in 2 hours 27 times I kid you not in 2 hours 27 times I immediately refunded and I emailed within 2 hours of getting the message I was at work responded as soon as I could,  I inadvertently sent the wrong item and got 2 packages mixed u po due to a death in family and stress, this person lied and harrassed me,  I reported ebayer  she left me negative feedback which I cannot remove, buyer ebayer only had 13 sales and 3 negative feedbacks so that just goes to show you the integrity of that ebayer, I do everything in my power to be as honest as possible if a mistake is made I'm human and will correct it thank u. This tainted my platform.
