You are buying this Vintage  Hand Carved Block Meerschaum Pipe with Leather Case.  Unsmoked.  The case has some staining around the edges that look like rust from the case? Some of that discoloration may be on the block as well.  

I am not a collector so I don't really know what I am looking for when it comes to these.
