Dispatch & Postage

Most of our items are 2^nd class, though we do offer 1^st class for a small extra cost. Both eBay’s and Royal Mail delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.  

If your order has not arrived within the 3-5 working days, please allow a further 5 working days before reporting it missing. If after 10 business days your item still has not arrived, please don't hesitate to contact us. We always fairly resolve any issues.

For UK customers that no longer require their purchase and wish to receive a refund, please return the item to us within 30 days of the item being dispatched. Returns will be paid by the buyer.

The item must be returned in the condition it left the warehouse in  - as in Overwrap/Shrink-wrap on the product.
