This a new, cool, finned Thickstun dual carburetor aluminum intake manifold (cast and machined in the USA) for the inline Chevrolet 6 cylinder 216, 235 and 261 engines (as cast finish).  

These intakes have a unique design that provides equal fuel distribution to each cylinder. 

A new throttle linkage with heims and forged arms is included.  

This intake fits both the early (2 bolt rocker cover) and later (4 bolt rocker cover) cylinder heads.  Special adapter rings (sleeves) for the intake to the head can be provided at no charge for the early (2 bolt rocker cover) engines with the smaller inlet port diameter.  The standard adapter rings fit the later motors.

It allows the use of the stock exhaust manifold for the 235 as well tubular exhaust headers or the Fenton headers, with no grinding.  For the 216 motor, the stock cast iron exhaust manifold heat riser will not fit requiring modification or the use of headers - tube or cast iron.  If you view the 3rd photo, the dimensions for the heat riser top bolt holes are 2 1/16" apart and the bottom holes are 2 5/8" apart. 

The bolt centers for the carburetors are 2 15/16".
