Please see photos for some crease lined to the fabric, particularly to the lower skirt area. I have shown these in very bright front direction lighting for worst visualisation. In more natural light and dull light they are barely noticeable. They would probably disappear when washed as it is just the way the velvet is sitting.

There is stretch to the fabric.
