Instructions:

1. Pour the paint with good proportion into pot and connect with the feed joint.

2. Connect the compressed air to the air inlet connector.

3. Pull the trigger and adjust the proper working air pressure (3.5-4.5bar).

4. Adjust the amount of paint and spray width (adjust as needed).

5. Parallel and vertical spray on the cleaning surface (spray distance is about 20cm / 7.9in).

Difference Between Upper And Lower Pots:

1. The lower pot S is suitable for spraying horizontally or less than 45 degrees up and down.

2. The upper pot G can be rotated, suitable for 360-degree spraying.

3. The lower pot have large capacity, and the upper pot have small capacity, chosen according to the usage scenario.

Spray Gun Cleaning Method:

At the end of each day's work, clean the spray gun with water. The cleaning method is as follows: let Tianna water(Nitrocellulose lacquer thinner)or spray gun water spray out from the gun body like oil spray. Repeat the operation. After cleaning, close the paint and dry it by hanging. Every other week, the needle nozzle and atomizing cap need to be removed, then soaked in Tianna water, cleaned, dried, applied with a little pneumatic oil, and then installed into the spray gun. Note that the nozzle interface is wrapped with white sealing tape to ensure the airtightness of the spray gun. If the viscosity of high spray paint, two or three days can be operated once. If the paint is properly maintained, it will increase its service life and maximize its value.
