General Information

• All items supplied with a plug or power adapter are fitted with an EU plug. Voltage input is either 220–240V or 100–240V. Please check the item specifications or contact us before purchase if unsure. If required, suitable voltage converters are widely available on eBay.
• A paper invoice will be included inside your parcel. You may also download and print your invoice directly from your eBay account (e.g. for guarantee or customs purposes). 

• We make every effort to include a user manual in the buyer’s preferred language whenever available. If this is not possible, an English version of the manual is included as a minimum. If any issues arise regarding the user manual, such as a missing manual, an incorrect language version, please contact us via eBay messages. We will be happy to assist by providing the correct manual electronically or advising on the available options.

Shipping Policy

• Worldwide shipping available.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–7 business days after cleared payment. In most cases we ship on next business day. Dispatch may be slightly delayed due to public holidays or logistical reasons.
• A tracking number is always provided and will appear in your eBay order details. Tracking information may not always be fully synchronised with the eBay tracking system, as not all carriers worldwide are supported. For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking details, we recommend checking the shipment directly on the website of your local carrier (for example, your national postal service). If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us via eBay messages.
• Estimated delivery times:
  Europe: 2–9 business days
  Rest of the world: 10–40 days (most destinations approx. 14 days), depending on location and local postal services.
• We reserve the right to use the most suitable carrier for each destination (e.g. national postal services, DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS, Hermes, PostNord, etc.).
• Parcels are shipped as recorded or recorded & insured depending on item value. 
• If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report this to the carrier immediately and notify us upon receipt. Claims made at a later stage may not be accepted.

Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you notify us of your intention to return. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item or provide proof of return.
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for any damage, missing parts, or loss in value.
• Please return items only to the address provided after return approval.

We ship worldwide and all products are CE certified and original (e.g. Beurer products are supplied by Beurer GmbH). Certain medical or health-related products may be subject to additional regulations in the destination country. Buyers are responsible for checking local requirements prior to purchase (e.g. FDA regulations in the USA or TGA regulations in Australia etc).

Guarantee

• All products are supplied with a minimum 24-month guarantee, unless stated otherwise. Selected items may include a 3, 4 or 5-year guarantee.
• Please contact us before returning any item. Only approved returns will be accepted. Advance contact is required for return instructions and address confirmation.
