It works, sorta. I think it's a little tired and needs a good cleaning and some exercise. DVD seems to work properly but VCR is either locked up or something. Also using the vcr makes it shut off. It comes back on after a minute or so which makes me think thermal fuse or switch and would confirm suspicion of it being locked up. It seems to be more usable the more I played with it. VCR door is stiff and maybe warped but it's manageable
