Automotive Ethernet Translator Module (100BASE-T1)
This Automotive Ethernet Translator Module (AETM) is a specialist
development and test interface used to convert
Automotive Ethernet (100BASE-T1 / BroadR-Reach)
into standard 10/100BASE-TX Ethernet (RJ45).
It enables direct connection between vehicle ECUs and
PCs, laptops, switches, data loggers, test rigs and diagnostic tools
using standard Ethernet hardware.
Important protocol note:
This unit is NOT CAN, NOT LIN and
NOT FlexRay.
It supports Automotive Ethernet only (100BASE-T1).
