Frame measures 18" x 9 1/2".  The fabric is stapled to a wood board measuring 17 1/2" x 9".  There is a gouge on the back of the frame - see photo.  The frame and art are separate.  There are no fasteners to attach them together, no hanging pieces, no glass.
