WHO WE ARE:  
Founded in 2006 by two good friends, WunderCarParts has grown into a tight-knit team of automotive enthusiasts, family, and friends dedicated to offering a great selection of aftermarket and performance parts at competitive prices. We got our start on online marketplaces like eBay and Amazon, and quickly learned that sales metrics, customer service, and ship times can make or break a business. With that in mind, we have always strived to provide the most accurate listings, fastest processing times, and friendliest customer service to meet those goals. The result of these efforts? Over 99% positive feedback on eBay, nearly 5 stars on Amazon, and tens of thousands of happy customers! HOW WE WORK:  
When you place an order on our site, your payment is securely processed and all necessary order and routing data is sent out to our warehouse partners located throughout the continental US. From there, our system will select the closest facility for the parts you ordered and dispatch them accordingly. Stock varies based on location and inventory levels, but the main benefit of this process is that most orders process within 48 hours, and arrive within 5 business days. In fact, we have many customers who even receive their shipments within two days of ordering! Our expert customer service team is all US-based, and we have partnered with a leading automotive data supplier to ensure that product details and vehicle fitment is accurate and reliable. Finally, we strive to offer free shipping for most (if not all,) products we sell, and our order system helps ensure we are making the most of our shipping services to get things to you quickly and efficiently.

Whether it's hauling butt on the track, hauling toys up north on the weekend, or just hauling the kids to soccer practice, we are proud to use the products we sell on our own vehicles. Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs: 
All items shipped from WunderCarParts ship UPS or FedEx ground for free to the Lower 48 States.*  Some items that are overweight, larger than normal, or special order, may incur additional freight charges.  We strive to maintain accurate rates on our eBay listings, but at times, certain products will have modified freight, and will incur other charges, if this occurs, WunderCarParts will contact you to discuss the differences in costs or arrange a different shipping method if possible.

 *Excludes: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box 

Signature Requirement: 
Any item over $750 per eBay policy for Seller protection are shipped Signature required, requiring an adult to sign for the package upon delivery.

UPS and FedEx maintain the option to REQUIRE a signature at the time of delivery, regardless of the recipients request to leave the package at the door.  We make every effort to ship as requested by the customer, but the carrier reserves the right to make any changes based on the value of the shipment or other liability considerations.

International Shipping: 
We have enabled all of our listings to allow for eBay Global/International shipping. However, some of listings eBay is unable to ship internationally.

Inventory Shortages or Shipment Delays: 
If an item is inadvertently not available, or must be drop shipped from a manufacturer, we will notify you via eBay messages or phone call once our warehouse notifies us.  Please make sure we have a valid Phone Number for you.  

Potential Shipping Issues: 
Some States have specific regulations concerning aftermarket performance products.  Due to this, orders placed to those States may not be shipped out.  You will be contacted by WunderCarParts if this is the case. 

Once an order is placed, WunderCarParts is unable to make changes to a Delivery Address.  If you are needing a delivery address changed on an order that has been placed, we will make every attempt to try to stop it before shipping. There may be additional non-refundable fees to return to sender by FedEx or UPS.

MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our eBay Store, and click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

BATTERY/CORE CHARGE
Due to shipping regulations, batteries are shipped dry. (No acid)
Core charge may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, cylinders.

RETURN POLICY
WunderCarParts offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
WHAT CAN YOU RETURN
Any item that is still new, not installed, and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
EXCEPTIONS
Used, damaged, installed or altered items are non-returnable.
If you receive incorrect or mis-shipped items in error (Ooops! We messed up!), it is still up to you to notify us within 10 business days so we can get the correct items re-shipped in a timely manner. (Prices, parts and in-stock items change often so we apologize in advance, but we must insist you open your shipments as they are delivered to see if they are correct.) If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, you will have to follow the normal 30 day return policy.

ORDER/CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, we have a very limited amount of time to try to stop the order from shipping. We will make every attempt to try to stop the order from shipping however, all of operations are automated and this may not be possible. To understand the process, the second we get payment your order is sent to the warehouse, picked, packed, placed on a pallet with other packages, it is then shrink wrapped and placed on a UPS or FEDEX truck. Once this occurs we are unable to cancel the order.

TAX CHARGES
eBay collects all sales tax.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
eBay handles and processes all payments.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FREIGHT ORDERS
Please be sure to inspect the shipment for damage prior to signing for it. If there is noticeable damage to the box, please inspect the part for damage as well.

In the event that your part(s) is/are damaged, it is important that you refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. By signing for the shipment, you are agreeing that it was delivered in good condition, therefore no damage claim can be filed with the carrier.

Once the shipment is signed for, you are liable for any damage to the parts, so please be sure that your shipment has arrived in good condition prior to signing for it. If your delivery is being shipped to a commercial address, please be sure that any employee that could sign for it knows this information as well and either contacts you when the shipment comes in, or inspects it for damage before signing any paperwork.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO INTERCHANGED PART NUMBERS IN THE EVENT THAT THIS HAPPENS WE WILL CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO SHIPPING. OVERSIZED BOXES WILL COST MORE TO SHIP. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, IN THE EVENT OF A PRICE INCREASE WE WILL CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Returns & Core Policies

Return Policy
WunderCarParts offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

What can you return?
Any item that is still new, not installed, and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

RETURNS PROCESS:
You can start a return request from your Purchases in My eBay. 
1.Find the item in your Purchases - opens in new window or tab. 
2.Tap on More actions, then select Return the item. 
3.Select 'No longer Needed' and enter a comment about why you're returning it.

Follow these steps to ship back your item:
1. Please include this RMA Number inside the box of the returned merchandise
2. All Returns must have a valid RMA number in order to be processed for a refund.
3. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition, with all pieces included
4. Any returns received without an RMA or in used/installed condition will be may be declined or a restocking fee assessed.
5. We recommend shipping returned products via a tracking courier such as UPS, Fed-Ex or US certified Mail
with insurance.

NOTE: If return is due to an improperly or incorrectly shipped item from WunderCarParts, your label will be freight-prepaid. All other returns are not pre-paid.
Upon receipt of your return, WunderCarParts will inspect your item and issue a refund according to WunderCarPartss refund & restocking fee policy. 

CORE RETURNS POLICY:
All cores are due within 30 days of purchase. You must follow the core return directions emailed to you upon purchase. Once your core return has been processed by the manufacturer, you will receive a full refund to the original credit card within 7-10 days for cores in usable condition, no exceptions.
