We ship within 24 hours of payment. On all orders of 1-5 cards, or under 19.99, we use the ESUS Ebay plain white envelope shipping process. It allows the seller to give free shipping on these orders AND get delivery confirmation without passing huge shipping fees on to the buyer, it's great for everyone. Unfortunately, the USPS service 50% of the time does not update it's tracking site, and cannot be relied upon, and oftentimes will run behind, as much as 3-4 weeks. There is nothing the sellers can do to make it move any quicker. Consequently, if you're not willing to chance that your item sometimes could be delayed, and wait the necessary time, then please add 5.95 per order and we will bypass the Ebay ESUS shipping and do 1st class with delivery confirmation in a bubble envelope (or other secure package). Once again this is FOR ORDERS UNDER 19.99 AND FREE SHIPPING......but please add at point of payment.....sorry for the long read but it is becoming too much effort when doing many orders to constantly email questions like "where is my card" and worse yet buyers filing early claims for items not received.
