While accurately representing real lots, chase cards, etc. NO GUARANTEES as to any one or more certain cards being received through any photos, packaging, designs or logos should be anticipated. These may be received, through any purchase or purchases, but are for EXAMPLE purposes only to show quality, provide understanding, give context as to the nature of contents, identify what “premium” means, and solidify market diversification from substandard, poor quality mystery lots from other competitors. 

Just as expected and represented when purchasing licensed products (Topps, Panini - or any brand - Hobby Boxes, Rack Packs, Megas – etc, etc. ) from any retail or local card store, by purchasing any one or more of these lots you understand that: ANY cards depicted in designs, or otherwise shown through example photographs of this listing, are for representation EXAMPLE purposes only and have been repackaged for the secondary market. You understand that you are purchasing that which has been described above as to be GUARANTEED, NOT any one or more specific cards shown, at any time (although actually included in real lots).  

These lots are premade, distributed through multiple avenues, and - in the best, fair interest of all buyers - NO special requests, accommodations, teams, sports or any matter relevant to such will be provided, to anyone, at anytime. No refunds or exchanges are accepted, just as you cannot return a Hobby Box because you did not hit what you wanted. No special requests will be issued or made (for anyone or by anyone), anytime. Simply, everyone is entitled to equal opportunities to any major hits included in these lots, regardless of whether you purchase 1, 50 or 500 lots.

Diamond Hits Collectibles maintains a highly proficient and professional standard that encompasses an efficient, and accurate, method of tracking cards contained in each lot. While these packs are ALL random assortments, GUARANTEEING that which has been listed to be included in this description within EACH lot, business records are maintained for extensive periods of time - in order to maintain the highest level of quality, control, and accountability. These are trade secrets that are held confidential and extremely hard to depict, but easily retrieved to refute inaccurate claims, deception, or negative feedback.  

Competition is a good thing. Deceptively trying to remove competition by fraud is not, however. We have grown by having exceptional products, and a process that excels with principality. Any such requests or claim(s) that (is) are received by any purchaser, must include proof. Any false claims will be subject to reprisal of our systems management and record keeping (our evidence), accompanied by eBay policies, protections, provisions and regulations for claims and considerations accordingly. You won’t gather any proprietary information or trade secrets by testing such, you’ll just be more confused as to how we can provide such value to all and still be profitable! That’s good competition for our customers! 

Because this is not our first rodeo, if any one or more individuals - alone or together - are found and proven to have intent to defraud - we will do everything in our power to ban your account from eBay and reserve the right to take any legal recourse necessary to protect the business interests of Diamond Hits Collectibles™, (Exploratory Enterprises LLC), the product, trademarks, individuals, any proprietary rights inside (or outside) of eBay, etc, including but not limited to litigation in every applicable jurisdiction, district, state, or federal territory possible.  

We also make mistakes, too; we are run by humans and will always do - with honesty and integrity - everything to make up for any mistakes as such.
