Key Precautions

• Operate only after the vehicle has completely cooled down.

Hot coolant and components can cause burns or installation errors.

• Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Prevent accidental fan activation causing injury or short circuits.

• Properly drain and recover coolant.

Dispose of old coolant according to environmental regulations.

• Verify compatibility of new components.

Ensure radiator/condenser/fan dimensions, connections, and electrical specs match the original.

• Clean mounting surfaces.

Remove old gasket residue and debris to ensure proper sealing.

• Use new seals and fasteners.

Replace all O-rings, gaskets, clamps, and tighten bolts to specified torque.

• Verify fan rotation direction and balance.

Test fan direction after reconnection (suction or blowing direction must match design).

• Bleed air and test the system.

Follow bleeding procedures, check for leaks, and test thermal control functions.

1.Critical Step Reminders

• Disassembly sequence: Usually remove the fan assembly first, then the radiator/condenser. Protect condenser aluminum fins.
• Line connections: A/C lines must be clean and sealed immediately to prevent moisture ingress.
• Electrical connections: Ensure connectors are fully locked, and route wiring away from heat or moving parts.
• Final verification: Start the engine, monitor coolant temperature and A/C pressure, ensure fan activates at all required stages.

2. Safety Warnings

• Never run the engine at high temperature without bleeding, as it may cause cylinder head warpage.
• A/C system service requires professional certification. Unauthorized handling may cause refrigerant leaks or system damage.
• Always road-test after installation, monitoring coolant temperature and A/C cooling performance.

3.Summary

Using specialized tools, and maintaining cleanliness are essential for installation quality. If inexperienced, recommend seeking professional technician assistance.
