This is one for my watch maker, collector and enthusiast friends. I'm going to be offering nice items like this over the next few weeks that need a service or repair for a great price.

As some know I have hand Ops going on so will not be repairing or servicing any of these for the foreseeable future, my loss is someone else's gain.

A genuine piece of WWII history for the serious collector or watch enthusiast.

This is an authentic General Service Trade Pattern (G.S.T.P.) pocket watch issued to the British Army during World War II. Bearing the iconic Broad Arrow mark and the original military serial number Q 12998, this Tissot-signed timepiece is a rugged survivor of the 1940s.

Condition & Movement

Historical Significance

These watches were the workhorses of the British military. Unlike "Dirty Dozen" wristwatches which command astronomical prices, G.S.T.P. pocket watches offer a more accessible entry point into high-end military horology while sharing the same combat DNA.

Valuation & Pricing

Given the Tissot branding (more desirable than generic G.S.T.P. makers) and the exceptional physical condition of the dial and movement, a serviced version of this watch typically fetches £250–£400.

Because this unit is non-running, it is priced as a bargain for the enthusiast or professional watchmaker who can restore it to its former glory.

Don't miss the chance to own a tangible link to the Greatest Generation. A must-have for Tissot collectors and WWII historians alike!
