  • Circa end of the Victorian era beginning of the 20th century 1900.
  • Charles Bilger Spalding a known British artist who was born in 1810, the highest sold price for his work was for $26,214 US dollars at Christie's. (1810-1871) he loved to paint sporting & equine horse scenes. He was known to have exhibited his works at the Royal Academy in the early Victorian era in the year 1840, he also collaborated with S & J Fuller who where publishers.
