Everything is untested and sold AS-IS. Everything looks to be in great condition I noted any flaws next to the item.
I am not an expert on model railroad equipment but visually inspected everything myself to report any flaws.
Shipping via USPS everything will be wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully packed to ensure safe travels
