This is a very scarce version of this book with volumes 1,5 & 6 bound together. (not including volumes 2,3 & 4)and which includes illustrations by Allan & Stothard. - originally the more expensive version of the book than the more common version without illustrations.
       Uniquely this very book publishing the combined music of Beethoven, written for the words of Robbie Burns for the first time.
It is also the more expensive version of the book with illustrations by Alan & Stothard - which, according to the inside cover, are more expensive than the un-illustrated version.
