This vintage Pasta Express X2000 is a fully automatic electric pasta maker that mixes, kneads, extrudes, and even blows warm air to dry fresh pasta as it comes out. Creative Technologies Corp. marketed these machines in the late 80s and early 90s as an at‑home way to turn simple pantry ingredients into spaghetti, fettuccine, lasagna sheets, and more (11 dies!) in just minutes. This one is new old stock in its original box, a fun throwback to the infomercial era and a great piece for either use or display in a retro kitchen.
