We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx Mail.

Shipments originate from our company headquarters in Chicago, USA.

We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Weekends or any Public Holiday. Orders placed on the Weekend will Ship on Monday.

Please note we record all SERIAL and IMEI numbers so don't waste time trying to switch phones.

All returns must be in new condition with all accessories included. All used or open items are subject to restocking fee. A restocking fee may apply to any missing accessories.

All personal accounts, including iCloud, Google and Samsung, must be removed of the device prior to returning it back. No refunds will be applied for any device that has any personal accounts linked to it.

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your returned item.

Warranty

Most of our items have a manufacturer's warranty.

We do not offer any extended warranty service. Buyers can consider purchase extended warranty from a third party companies called Consumer Priority Services or Square Trade. For details, please visit their official websites.
