Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be automatically uploaded to your eBay account once the order has been dispatched. You can track its progress on the Startrack website. All items require a signature for delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Please note that we cannot schedule deliveries with Startrack drivers, as we cannot control freight once it has left our premises.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your item will be taken to a local Australia Post Office, or local Startrack depot. Usually a card will be left to notify you. Should a card or notification not be left, your tracking details on the Startrack website will show that the item has been held (awaiting pickup by you). Please make sure you take valid identification when you go to collect. Your item will remain at the held location for up to 7 business days, after which it will be returned to us. A redelivery fee will apply without exception.

Yes, there are certain situations in which we allow returns, for example: Faulty items, incorrect item sent.
Returns are only possible when an RMA number or an Incident number has been provided to you.

Once we receive the item, it will be tested and when the fault is verified, it will either be repaired or a replacement sent at no cost to you.
