Our newly developed system accidentally relisted items that had already been sold either locally or internationally on eBay. As a result of this mistake, a handful of user orders were unfortunately canceled immediately. We deeply regret the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused. This is the first time such an error has occurred in our 23 years of selling on eBay.
For those whose orders were canceled, we would like to offer free shipping on your next order as a token of our apology. As of today, April 21, 2025, our system has been fully restored and is operating normally. We are now in the process of relisting over 10,000 items available in our inventory.
