Japanese in origin, this is the clear blue N64 with a transparent bottom. Over the years the transparent bottom fades a bit whiter in color. The cartridge slot was swapped with a region free version to allow both Japan and US games to be played. 

The controller is all original and is the same blue color combo. I see people talking about stick tightness on N64 controllers and this one doesn't seem to be wiggling around, it feels pretty tight in my opinion. 

Regular jumper pak is installed and it comes with a Japan power adapter that also works in the US. Also comes with the original RCA video cable.
