Based on the engineering number 120-1529-00 and the "8529" date code (29th week 1985), this is a low-voltage power transformer manufactured by Tektronix in late 1985.

This specific part was primarily used in the Tektronix 8500 series of microprocessor development systems.  It's a component for:

• Tektronix 8560 Multi-User Software Development Systems.
• Tektronix 8561 Microprocessor Development Labs.
• Tektronix 8562 workstations.
