An ownership stamp appears on an interior leaf:

אשר אנשל פערילמאן
משמש בקודש אצל כ"ק רבינו יחקאל שרגא האלבערשטאם שליט"א
Also stamped in Latin letters: ANSCHIL PERILMANN

This indicates the book belonged to Asher Anshel Perlman, the trusted attendant and personal secretary to Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Halberstam, son of the Divrei Chaim, giving the copy a direct inner court connection.
