All surface clean inside and out. Hand waxed, hand rubbed for a warm lustrous appearance. All new wiring, plug end, inspected socket insulators, ready to use lamp base. 3 new candle tube socket covers, matt white in color. Stands 21 1/8" top of the finial. Riser length is roughly 4".
