An ICOM IC-R3 radio and video scanner. Range: 0.495 - 2450 MHz. Does AM, FM, WFM, analog TV and ATV. PAL version (can display NTSC ATV signals through the video out). Comes with the original battery and holds a charge. Battery spacer for use of alkalines included as well as the manual, original antenna and carrying pouch and case.

Reception works well. Tested analog TV and amateur TV/CCTV (see image)
