Glass inkwell bottle with brass top comes with the lamp. All surface clean inside and out, all new wiring, new period correct plug end with new insulator disc, ready to use lighting. Everything works as it was designed to do so. No damage, just age as well as some past use type wear, darkened surfaces, some wear to the original finish at the baluster stem, small area of roughness at the shade, shown in pics.
