Altec 1591A Preamp Compressor Mic Amplifier

I have two available for sale; the asking price is for a single amp.

They were removed from a studio. Altec 1591A is a great sounding classic Altec unit. They are in pretty good physical condition as you can see. Each amp has an Altec/Peerless 1588B transformer. Although vintage audio equipment is my hobby and I collect quite a few but I am not a professional and not able to test these. They powered up OK here. The amplifier on top has its power indicator burnt which needs replacement. Other than that, they are really good. 

Because I am not able to test them myself, I list them in "For Parts or Not Working" but my understanding is they work fine.
