    Bismarck Cancer Center’s Mission and Vision:

    The Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation provides an amazing array of services to help patients during their cancer journeys. The mission of the Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation is to contribute to the care of the “whole” patient.  This care ranges from compassionate support to cancer awareness initiatives for patients of the Bismarck Cancer Center. This is evidence of our commitment to ease the burden and stress of cancer within our community. These supportive therapies, offered free of charge, are designed to wrap patients in love, support, and understanding while alleviating unnecessary stress and financial burdens from their lives. Funds are used to provide medical and holistic care for the mind, body and spirit of the patients and their families.

    It is the vision of the Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation to:

    • Assist the Bismarck Cancer Center by providing “wrap-around” services to include our REACH Program and educational programs, transportation and housing assistance, Support Groups and dietary care, along with prevention and early detection initiatives.
    • Incorporate the programs and services identified to ease the burden and stress of cancer patients and their families in the community and service area.

    • Use funding to benefit the Bismarck Cancer Center in the attainment of its mission to provide the highest quality radiation therapy to cancer patients.

    We are very grateful to the Give 5 to Cancer Team for all they do to support individuals with cancer in central and western North Dakota. In addition to their ongoing monthly support, their staff volunteers at various Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation events; serves on the Foundation Advisory Board; and started a highly successful golf tournament where the event’s proceeds benefit the Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation.

    Our Foundation is committed to providing hope, help, and healing that goes beyond radiation therapy treatments. Because of Give 5’s ongoing commitment and generous donations, the Bismarck Cancer Center can provide needed lodging and transportation assistance, specialized support including massage therapy, spiritual counseling, psycho-social counseling, dietary counseling, and provide charity care and assistance to those undergoing cancer treatments.

    Our mission at the Bismarck Cancer Center to provide those with cancer an extraordinary place of healing.   Such care is provided by compassionate professionals who know everyone by name, operate state-of-the-art equipment for the best treatments available, and offer both a kind word and a helping hand. Return Policy:
Items must be returned in NEW & UNUSED CONDITION. The condition must be the same as it was when delivered to you from the warehouse. DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING, OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT TO QUALIFY FOR REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND. Refunds will be granted for items returned within 30 days from when the item was received, the refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless item was proven defective. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. If you have an exchange, additional shipping or handling charges may be incurred. Returns, errors in purchasing and refused shipments are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee depending on the size and value of the product. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our return policy.

FREIGHT ORDERS POLICY: If you order a larger item that needs to be shipped via a freight service it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to have a correct contact number in your order so that we may get in touch with you to deliver your item. ALL freight orders need to be signed for and appointments setup for delivery. If we can't contact you within 48 hours of the item arriving to your local terminal the item will be returned to us and charged a 20% restocking fee as well as the return freight shipping cost back to our warehouse. ITEM SIZE/COLOR/ OR WRONG ITEM ORDERED RETURN POLICY: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size/color/ or item and discovered post-order that you would prefer another option please contact us and we will provide return address to send the item back to. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the shipping to you of the correct item. SOME returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

At this time, Give5ToCancer ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. For Domestic orders please allow a full 7-10 business days for items to arrive. Additionally, Give5ToCancer ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and all other international locations. Customer must please allow appropriate amount of time 2-3 weeks for items to arrive to international addresses.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination.
