Shipping Within the Contiguous United States:

We handle a high volume of vehicle shipments monthly, allowing us to secure competitive shipping rates. If you wish for us to arrange cost-effective, door-to-door shipping, please provide your ZIP Code for a prompt quote. Our shipping quotes are comprehensive and free of hidden fees. Should you choose our shipping arrangement, we will manage the initial communications with the shipping company to ensure a seamless process. You will receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) once a carrier is assigned. Both parties will be provided with each other’s contact information to coordinate the delivery specifics.
Although rare, shipping incidents may occur. Be assured that shipping companies are legally required to carry insurance. Any damages or losses during transit must be addressed directly with the shipper’s insurance. Inspect your vehicle thoroughly before signing the Bill of Lading, noting any new damages. Obtain a copy of the Bill of Lading for your records. Once signed, you cannot claim for in-transit damages. Carnival Car Company is not liable for any damages or losses once the vehicle leaves our facility, irrespective of whether we arranged the shipping.

Trade-Ins:

We accept trade-ins. To receive a trade-in offer, please email or text the following details:
- 17-digit VIN
- Mileage
- Make, Model, and Trim Level
- Payoff Amount (if applicable)
- Any notable mechanical or cosmetic issues
- Please include some pictures of the vehicle.

Financing:

We do not offer in-house financing but are affiliated with several reputable lenders to cater to a variety of financing needs. You can apply through one or more of these lenders directly via our website. Once on our website, just click the "Financing" link, which will take you to a page that provides options to select one of the following lender options:
- LightStream Auto Loans: Ideal for vehicles priced under $100,000. Applicants must have good to excellent credit, typically a credit score above 700.
- Manhattan Funding: Suitable for high-end cars priced at $50,000 and higher, with no maximum limit. Applicants should have a sufficient debt-to-income ratio and a credit score above 600, along with a reasonable down payment, judged on credit factors.
- Amazon Leasing: Another excellent option similar to Manhattan Funding, but requires the vehicle purchase price to be $100,000 or more.
- WestLake Direct: Available for Texas residents with at least a 600 credit score who are not purchasing a classic car (20 years or older).
If you have arranged financing through another institution, please inform us to confirm compatibility. While we work with most credit unions and military banks, some exclusions apply. Confirming compatibility ensures a smooth transaction.

Out-the-Door Price:

Texas residents are required to pay applicable taxes and other miscellaneous governmental charges.
Out-of-state purchasers who opt for vehicle shipping will not incur additional fees beyond the Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (ViT), vehicle price, and shipping cost. The Texas ViT is typically a very nominal amount. Tax, tag, and registration are handled by the buyer in their home state.

Non-Refundable Deposit:

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required immediately after selecting the “Buy it Now” option. This deposit covers marketing and re-listing expenses should you back out. Ensure all questions are addressed and permissions obtained before making this commitment.

Title Work:

Texas residents have their tag, title, and registration handled by us.
Out-of-state buyers receive the vehicle title to register at their local DMV. Titles are typically mailed within 5-7 days but can take up to 3-4 weeks. Delays beyond our control, and even beyond the 3-4 weeks, may occur. No concessions or discounts will be provided for such delays. Buyers must wait to receive the title.

Vehicle Description:

Our ads are very thorough and we take numerous pictures of each and every vehicle that we sell. It is your responsibility, as a buyer, to look over all the pictures and information we provide in our listings. If you later complain about something we had already disclosed via pictures and/or text, all we will do is direct you back to the original listing to show you that we had already disclosed it from the get-go. We zoom in on any notable imperfections that we come across. As you should already be aware, the vehicle that you are purchasing is pre-owned. While we truly make an effort to present accurate descriptions of the vehicles that we sell, we are only human beings and may accidentally miss some things. We of course do not misrepresent any of our vehicles intentionally, but it is possible that we may do so unknowingly, which is why we welcome pre-sale inspections prior to either placing a deposit or purchasing a vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies and/or misrepresentations in any of our ads. All vehicles are sold as-is and no warranties (expressed or implied) exist.
We sell pre-owned automobiles. There is no such thing as a “brand new” pre-owned vehicle. Some imperfections and wear and tear must be expected with any pre-owned vehicle purchase. While we do inspect our cars thoroughly, our inspections consist of checking out the powertrain and other major components of a vehicle – we do not inspect any other areas nor do we look at wear and tear items like brakes, tires, shocks, light bulbs, etc. Furthermore, we do not change nor top off fluids. Being a used car buyer, it is always safe to assume that some wear and tear items will need replacement. Do NOT make assumptions on the specifics of anything that we haven’t covered in our ad. Instead, feel free to call me and I’ll give you the run-down.
If we haven’t specifically mentioned that something is included, do NOT assume that it is included. Most of our vehicles do not come with both keys, books, and manuals. Buying a plug-in hybrid or electric vehicle? That doesn’t always mean that charger(s) are included. When we acquire hybrid and electric vehicles, we are not always provided with a charger to go along with them. So, we sell them that way as well. If an accessory, part, or any other item is not shown in the ad, do NOT assume it comes with the vehicle. If you’d like to know whether or not something is included, it is your responsibility to ask.
Vehicles 10 years or older are exempt from mileage reporting, as per Texas law. Mileage may vary due to transportation and test drives. Contact us for the exact current mileage.

After Hitting the “Buy it Now” Button:

The transaction becomes legally binding once the “Buy it Now” button is clicked, and a non-refundable deposit is placed. Ensure you have the necessary funds or financing ready. The remaining balance can be paid via wire transfer, in-person cash or certified check, or certified check via mail. Payment instructions will be provided post-deposit.
