Collection can then be arranged; if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour. In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, we must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 30 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.

Warranty And Returns

Here at Forest Auto Salvage we always endeavour to supply all parts in the best possible condition and all items are covered by our 90 day return policy unless otherwise stated. However, on occasion you may have cause to return a part or require a refund. If you wish to return a part then please contact us before doing so as we can then look into the issue and offer helpful assistance. All goods and exchange units must be returned at customers cost. No refund for carriage charge. All parts correctly supplied and returned for credit are subject to a 20% handling fee.
