Used this for about 3 years, originally purchased from new old stock from a supplier in socal.
every works . 3 dust caps are missing from extra FN keys

F & J key caps have been modified with phone screw as home key tactile touch points (see photos)

Nick in USB cable. does not effect function (just the jacket)
