Listing is for ONE MEPLA 698.254.53.00 series face frame nickel colored cabinet hinge, with a 348.253.51.02 mounting plate (baseplate.)  

This is a used hinge removed during a remodel.  Each hinge is checked for any imperfections, including hairline cracks in the metal and plastic, and and verified to be in good operating condition before being made available for sale.   May show normal signs of use from the previous installation.
