This is a Sony PCGA-UPR5 is a port replicator, for use with certain Sony VAIO laptops.  
The standard ports supported by the replicator include: 
  •     Serial (RS-232): For connecting older series modems, mouse, or other serial, peripheral devices.
  •     Parallel (IEEE 1284): Typically used for connecting older printers.
  •     PS/2: For connecting keyboards and mouse input devices.
  •     VGA: A video output port for connecting an external monitor.
  •     USB 1.0/1.1: For connecting USB devices.
  •     i.LINK (FireWire): A high-speed interface, common on Sony devices, for connecting digital cameras or camcorders.
The replicator is in good, working condition.
