6x4 Handwritten letter dated January 1, 1954, written in German and signed at the conclusion in blue fountain pen ink by Georg-Hans Reinhardt. Comes with an unsigned photograph. The lower right corner is torn off; otherwise, in very good condition.

(1887-1963) Georg-Hans Reinhardt was a German general of World War II. He commanded Third Panzer Army from 1941 to 1944, and Army Group Centre in 1944 and 1945. His highest rank was Generaloberst (Colonel General). He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords.
