Envelope signed and addressed in ballpoint ink in 1977 by Warren Carter Spann. A nice rare example of his signature.

An article in 1977 stated, "William Carter Spann, former President Carter's nephew and self-described family 'bad peanut' who was as troubled as his uncle was accomplished, collapsed and died Sunday in front of a stranger's home in Oakland. Results were not available on an autopsy performed yesterday on the 50-year-old Spann. But it had been reported that Spann had AIDS and had been suffering from dementia.
