6x8.25 One-page untranslated ALS in German dated 1979 written and signed at the conclusion by Friedrich-Wilhelm von Loeper. In very good condition. 

(1888-1983) Friedrich-Wilhelm von Loeper was a highly decorated Generalleutnant in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Friedrich-Wilhelm von Loeper retired from active service in February 1945, but was still taken prisoner by Allied troops in May 1945 and was released in 1947.
