How to order with us:

• Quote is based on the information provided by customer.
• If customer is happy with quotation and want to proceed, we require about 50% deposit before start the process. 
• We request some site pictures just to make sure we have good understanding of place where the staircase going to fit and prepare a Cad drawing based on information and pictures provided by customer. (See attached sample drawing).
• Once drawing has approved by customer, it normally takes about two to three weeks to manufacture the product (Depending on work load).
• Staircase comes flat pack with all the relevant fixings and instructions (please see attached picture)
• Once the staircase has ready, we request remaining balance and organise delivery.

Building Regulation Section – K    In a flight of steps, for all steps use the measurements for rise and going given for the four stair categories in Table 1 below. Use any rise between the minimum and maximum with any going between the minimum and maximum. Maximum pitch for a private stair is 42. * If the area of a floor of the building is less than 100m2. you may reduce the going to 250mm. **For school buildings, the minimum going is 280mm. The normal relationship between the dimensions of the rise and going is: twice the rise plus the going (2R + G) equals 550—700mm.
