This is a beautiful Laurel Burch Fair Weather Felines 8.25 inch Plate #HA8996 Franklin Mint Limited Edition.

It is in very good condition with no chips. There is a very fine line scratch just under the umbrella. Please see all pictures. It is very slight and difficult to see. It comes from a smoke free home.
